How Our Visiting Service Works

2. We Schedule Your Visit
Perth metro appointments are arranged promptly. Regional towns are serviced in planned rounds, and we confirm your date in advance.
3. Assessment at Your Door
We conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings and device checks in your home, facility or workplace — no clinic required.
4. Ongoing Telehearing Care
Follow-up fine-tuning, troubleshooting and reviews are available remotely between visits, so your hearing care never stalls.
